Prices

All prices are subject to change without notice. We are a wholesale-only nursery and do not sell to the public.

Conditions

We reserve the right to void any orders should injury occur to the crop beyond our control. No warranties are given. All sales are final.

Terms

Cash is required unless credit arrangements are made prior to shipment or pickup. All credit cards will be processed with an additional 3% fee. For credit customers, our terms are Net 30 from the date of invoice. A service charge of 1.5% per month will be applied to past due accounts. There is a $35.00 service fee on all returned checks. ACH payments are now available. Please contact our office for more information.

Transportation

When shipping instructions do not accompany an order, we use our best judgment, assuming no responsibility. Risk and cost of transportation belong to the purchaser. Customers are required to provide sufficient help in assisting the driver with unloading. Due to fluctuating fuel costs, please call for current freight rates.

Claims

We exercise extreme care and caution to keep our stock true to name. On proper proof, we will replace all stock that may prove otherwise or refund the amount paid. However, we shall not be liable for any amount greater than the original price. No claims will be considered unless made within ten days from receipt of shipment.

Bookings

We begin taking spring orders in the fall. If you are new to booking an order and are interested, please contact our sales staff.

Due to the high demand on certain inventory items, all pre-booked orders must be scheduled for shipment prior to April 15th and taken by April 30th. Orders not scheduled for shipment by April 15th may be canceled and all plant material will be returned to our open availability.

We ask for both cooperation and consideration in not overbooking material only to cancel at a later date resulting in loss of sales. This has proven to be very costly for us in the past.

Spring Booking Policy

We welcome spring orders beginning in August. By mid-October, we start entering orders by the date received; however, we recommend sending orders in early to ensure the most availability. Copies of confirmed orders are typically emailed out in late November.

We respectfully request your cooperation in refraining from overbooking material with the intention of canceling at the last minute. This practice leads to a loss of sales and reduces open availability for our customers who need the material. Additionally, it contributes to crowding our available field space necessary for potting new crops.
