Prices:
All prices are F.O.B. Fair View Nursery for the trade only. Prices subject to change without notice.
Conditions:
We accept all orders that they will be void should injury beyond our control befall the stock. All quotations are subject to prior sale of stock. Prices listed cancel previous quotations.
Terms:
Cash unless credit arrangements are made before shipment. We do not except credit cards. Our terms are Net 30 days after date of invoice. There will be a service charge of 1 ½% Per Month on past-due accounts. There is a $35.00 service charge on all returned checks.
Transportation:
When shipping instructions do not accompany an order, we use our best judgment, assuming no responsibility. Risk and cost of transportation belong to the purchaser. Customers are required to provide sufficient help in assisting the driver with unloading. Due to fluctuating fuel costs, please call for current freight rates.
Claims:
We exercise extreme care and caution to keep our stock true to name. On proper proof, we will replace all stock that may prove otherwise or refund the amount paid. However, we shall not be liable for any amount greater than the original price. No claims will be considered unless made within ten days from receipt of shipment.
Bookings:
We begin taking spring orders in the fall. All spring bookings must be taken prior to May 1. Due to the general maintenance (i.e. pruning, fertilizing, etc.) of plants at the nursery, we cannot guarantee material availability after that date.
